• Vintage & Pre-Owned Character: Our collection features unique, pre-owned, and vintage garments. Natural wear, minor imperfections, and unique character are inherent to these historical pieces and reflect their authentic craftsmanship.

• No Refunds: We do not offer cash, credit card, or original payment method refunds on any purchases.

• 30-Day Exchange Period: Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

• Exchanges In Store: Bring your item and original purchase receipt directly to our storefront to select an exchange piece in person.

• Exchanges by Mail: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and carrier insurance when returning items for an exchange.
